Murphy Laplante Solutions provides lead recovery and appointment setting services to HVAC companies. In general terms, this includes responding to incoming leads, contacting and qualifying leads, assisting with appointment booking, following up with leads that don't book immediately, and tracking and reporting on lead outcomes. The specific scope of services provided to any customer is set out separately in that customer's service agreement, not on this website.
